Three-day experience in Hasami Town
On the first day, we were taught how to make soba noodles by a representative from Hasami Town.
It was a really fun experience. The most difficult parts of making the soba noodles for me were kneading the dough and timing the addition of water. However, the excitement of being able to eat the finished soba noodles myself is an unforgettable memory.

At our next visit, we observed how tea bowls and plates are painted. It was a very new experience for us to learn not only how to paint by machine, but also how to paint by hand.
Day 2
The second day was especially fun because we got to make and eat our own pizza. The instructor explained everything clearly, so it was easy to make. Baking the pizza I made with my own hands was also a lot of fun, and I felt great joy from the experience. If I have the opportunity, I'd like to try this again with friends.

At the next place we visited, we painted pictures on cups. I had never painted before, so it was quite difficult, but I gave it a try and managed to paint a picture of a cat on the cup. It was a very fun memory.

Day 3
On our final day, we visited the Hasami Town History and Culture Exchange Center. Each exhibit had a unique historical context, making for a fascinating tour. It was a fulfilling learning experience to come into contact with items that have been passed down through the ages.
We also had a painting experience, where we painted our favorite patterns on plates and cups. It looked simple, but it was actually quite difficult. Still, thanks to the instructor's guidance, we were able to complete our glassware.

We also had the opportunity to draw illustrations of food to be featured on restaurant menus. I drew an illustration of a water bun, which was very interesting as it looked just like the real thing. I also took lots of photos.

Throughout this three-day experience, I was able to gain so many new experiences. I was a little tired, but more than that, it was filled with a sense of fulfillment and enjoyment. If I have the opportunity, I would definitely like to participate again. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the teachers for giving me the opportunity for such a wonderful experience.
These three-day trips to Hasami Town have become unforgettable memories for me. I would be very happy if anyone reading this feels like they would like to visit this town themselves.
