Hasami Town is famous for Hasami ware, a ware that boasts over 400 years of history.
It is characterized by thin, white pottery, and many products are produced that incorporate modern designs while still maintaining traditional techniques.

Hasami Town is the birthplace of Hasami ware, a traditional Japanese ceramic.
By actually seeing, touching, and experiencing the charm of Hasami ware, which has a history of over 400 years,
you can learn about the delicacy of pottery making and the depth of Japanese culture.
We hope to share our experiences in this town in our "language" (mother tongue) and let many foreigners learn about traditional crafts.
