(Day 1) Searching for 400-year-old treasures

(Day 1) Searching for 400-year-old treasures

I registered on the 23rd, but joined on the 22nd in place of someone who was absent. On that day, I made friends with an elderly woman and started the trip with fun. First, I listened to the guide's explanation, then we climbed the green mountain with tea plantations and rice fields, which was the start of the program, and enjoyed the beauty of nature.

I was able to finish all the hard work while enjoying the cool mountain air. I was also happy with the ladies who greeted me on the mountain. They gave me warm smiles, offered me tea and sweet bread, and gave me gifts in return.

Then we went down the mountain to look for pottery made over 400 years ago.

So I ate the udon that everyone put their love into, but I couldn't eat much and I felt sick because I couldn't finish it.

After lunch, I started to search for treasures with 400 years of history. There, a specialized teacher was waiting to help me. We happily started to explore. At that time, the cool feeling of entering the water was very pleasant. Luckily, I found something that was made more than 350 years ago. There, I found something that was made 250 years ago. So the teacher gave me a present, and I was very happy. After that, I made a necklace with the items I received and took a commemorative photo.

That day was a very fun and unforgettable day for me. I made wonderful memories and felt the warmth of the teachers. I hope you will enjoy the beauty of nature and make wonderful memories.

(Day 2) Making a big jumbo pizza

I'm looking forward to it because it's the last day. I think it will be a very fun experience because I will make a big pizza by myself and eat it by myself. In addition, I will make my own baked goods for the first time. I will listen carefully to the teacher's explanation and learn how to make it.

Step 1. Draw a picture of your choice on the cover.

Step 2. Pour the clay into the mold and let it harden for 10 minutes.

Step 3. After cooling, the handle, body and bowl are completed.

Step 4. Now it was time to get through the hardest part. We had to keep our minds calm and collected so that we wouldn't make any mistakes. One mistake could ruin everything. We were all worried because it was soft and tricky to handle. But we did our best and managed to get through it.

Everyone makes mistakes. Unfortunately, one student fell and injured himself on his first attempt. The lesson learned from that is that no matter how hard you try, one mistake can ruin everything. Always stay calm. He then tried again and was successful.

Finally, we do the assembly part. It's very interesting. We do everything with materials like clay, nothing else. The craftsmanship is not as easy as it looks, it requires very difficult and meticulous work, you have to try it yourself to understand it. But when everything is finished and the picture appears, it's very satisfying without any effort.

Finally, the teacher organized a game for us to play in teams. Team A and Team B were each made up of 5 players. Playing this game made me feel like I was a kid again, all the stress disappeared, it was very carefree and fun. Luckily, Team B, which I led, won. And the teacher gave a gift to not only the winning team but also the other team, and the program ended.

Let's start the second program!

It's time to make pizza for lunch. I'm looking forward to it because it's hard and big to make by myself. Working in pairs, we start by adding the ingredients and mixing them with a little water. Then we knead 150 times to make a dough ball.

Cut the ingredients into desired shapes and shape the warm dough into balls.

Then, shape the dough into the desired shape, spread the tomato paste on top, add the sliced meat and leaves, and bake in the oven.

After waiting for 3 minutes, we finally got the pizza we had been waiting for. Delicious homemade pizza is true happiness. I was a little different from the others. I also shared the pizza I made with my teacher and my homeroom teacher. They couldn't eat much, but they were hungry so they ate it all. After everyone finished eating, we ended the program with a short conversation about the experience. I would like to go on trips like this again in the future and make more memories with my friends.
