I come from Hong Kong, where bamboo is commonly used on construction sites—a unique technique we are deeply proud of.

When I arrived in Beppu, I became fascinated by bamboo art from the very first moment I saw it.

I was truly excited to learn that I had the opportunity to take part in creating a bamboo art dome together with everyone. This experience not only gave me my first hands-on encounter with bamboo art, but also allowed me to learn more about the rich local bamboo culture.

It was a fun, meaningful, and deeply rewarding experience. Thank you, teacher, for organizing such a wonderful event, and for your patient and detailed guidance throughout.
